If you currently use the Fort Worth Football Officials, we appreciate your confidence. We value the opportunity to provide officials for you and your program.

New Requests for Varsity Regular Season and Playoff Games can be submitted with the forms below. Questions regarding a varsity game that has previously been assigned should be sent to the Varsity Assignment Secretary. Questions regarding a sub-varsity game that has previously been assigned should be sent to the Sub-Varsity Coordinator or the Sub-Varsity Assignor for your region.
